Mihup Communication, a voice technology company, has clocked a 3X revenue growth in FY 21-22. The company has been rapidly innovating its product offerings and expanding its clientele across various industry verticals. Mihup is also strategically hiring talent across profiles ranging from leadership roles to fresh additions to its teams in different technical as well as non-technical roles.
Through its endeavors, Mihup is bringing about true democratization and facilitating the large-scale adoption of voice AI technologies. Recently the company launched its advanced multilingual platform called VIA 2.0, and it is now aiming to double its team size to more than 100 members. Conversational AI analytics and voice AI solutions have become crucial to the automation needs of the day. With business processes increasingly becoming contactless and virtual, Mihup is well poised to achieve a leadership position in the Indian as well as international markets.
As a part of the growth plan, Mihup appointed Jnanankur Ghosh (former Global Product Marketing Manager for Fujitsu Global) as Head of Marketing, and Raghvendra M ( Ex Netcore and Salesforce) as Head of Sales. Jnanankur has over 11 years of experience as a product marketer addressing global markets, while Raghavendra is a business technologist with functional expertise of 21 years in technology consulting and sales leadership. Both aim to leverage their know-how and contribute to the company’s emergence as a trendsetter in the global conversational AI domain.
Speaking about this, Tapan Barman, CEO, and Founder of Mihup said, “The fact that Mihup has recorded a 3x revenue growth strengthens our bullish outlook on the years ahead. Voice AI solutions will fuel the next level of business intelligence and automation in the years ahead. Our vision is to build robust teams that successfully lead Mihup into the next phase of domestic as well as international market growth. Towards this end, we have recently onboarded members from a senior talent pool and are aggressively working on strategies to expand our capabilities further.”
