Two new upskilling programmes in executive leadership principles and machine learning for business, engineering, and science have been introduced by MIT xPRO in collaboration with Simplilearn. The digital skills training platform of Simplilearn will be used to offer the programmes.
The Executive Leadership Principles curriculum is intended to help learners comprehend a variety of organisational and leadership characteristics, according to a formal announcement. The programme provides examinations, case studies, tools, and masterclasses given by MIT faculty and teachers. It is appropriate for professionals in their early and mid-career stages who want to develop their leadership and skills while at work. Through this programme, participants can earn an executive certificate of completion from MIT xPRO, five Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and the opportunity to network with professionals around the world. Learners who meet the eligibility requirements must hold a graduate degree; they may be employed professionals with technical or non-technical backgrounds.
Through the use of computational engineering principles and applications, the Machine Learning for Business, Engineering, and Science programme aims to demystify machine learning. It offers the chance to gain knowledge from MIT professors while interacting with a global professional community and working on projects inspired by real-world situations. From MIT xPRO, students have the opportunity to obtain a Professional Certificate of Completion and 10 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Professionals with bachelor’s degrees in engineering, business, or physical science who are curious about the use of machine learning across many domains may choose this programme.
“Across the board, professionals still have a persistent and pressing desire to upgrade their skills. Professionals must be able to efficiently execute duties and handle problems strategically in the modern, dynamic workplace. Anand Narayanan, chief product officer of Simplilearn, stated that maintaining a talent map and continuously improving oneself to meet market standards will ensure consistent professional growth.
