The use and control of data at BharatPe, including data science, data engineering, data management, and strategy, will be led by me as the Chief Data Scientist. In this rapidly expanding organisation, my main goal would be to establish a data-driven culture and decision-making process. BharatPe is already a financial unicorn, and I think the moment is right for us to tap into its full potential by using big data to transform it into an AI/ML-powered titan. — Riteshi Srivastava
