Enterprise software giant Salesforce on Wednesday unveiled its new “Einstein 1” AI-powered platform for customers, which would enable users to securely link any data to create AI-powered apps with minimal coding and provide whole new CRM experiences. The new Einstein 1 Data Cloud, according to the business, is natively linked with the Einstein 1 Platform, enabling users to connect any data to build a unified customer profile and incorporate AI, automation, and analytics into every customer experience.
Parker Harris, co-founder and chief technology officer of Salesforce, said in a statement: “Now that Data Cloud and Einstein AI are native on the Einstein 1 Platform, businesses can simply design AI-powered apps and workflows that boost productivity, cut costs, and offer outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, Salesforce stated that all customers with Enterprise Edition or higher can immediately begin using Data Cloud for nothing.
With Data Cloud and Tableau, customers can begin consuming, harmonizing, and exploring their data, the company said, extending the potential of their data across all lines of business and launching their AI journey. The “Einstein Copilot” conversational AI assistant will also help users with their workflow, allowing them to ask questions in natural language and receive pertinent, reliable responses that are based on secure, confidential company data from Data Cloud, the company claims.
In addition, Einstein Copilot acts proactively and provides choices beyond the user’s query, such as recommending an action plan following a sales call, verifying the status of a customer’s order, or altering the shipping date. The business added that the brand-new “Einstein Copilot Studio” will assist businesses in creating an entirely new generation of AI-powered apps with personalized prompts, skills, and AI models to speed up customer service, close sales deals faster, automatically create websites based on user browsing patterns, or convert natural language prompts into code, among hundreds of other business tasks.
