major in IT services On Tuesday, Wipro said that it has broadened its collaboration with IBM to provide customers with additional AI services and support. With the help of IBM Watsonx, the business has unveiled the Wipro Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Ready Platform, which enables customers to build fully integrated, bespoke, enterprise-level AI environments.
According to the business, the platform would “enhance operations and lay the foundation for future industry analytic solutions to be built on watsonx.data and AI.”
According to the statement, conversational AI will be supported for customer service, tailored marketing, customer feedback analysis, content creation, and design optimization. It will also enable specialized industry use cases for banking, retail, health, energy, and manufacturing.
Nagendra Bandaru, Managing Partner and President of Wipro Enterprise Futuring, stated: “Wipro’s Enterprise AI-Ready Platform will allow clients to easily integrate and standardize multiple data sources augmenting AI and Generative AI-enabled transformation across business functions.”
Bandaru continued, “The service will give customers the flexibility and freedom to choose how they want to develop and deploy their large language models.” Customers will be able to build their own models using the foundational models and tools on the platform, use IBM’s pre-existing models, or collaborate on the development of custom applications.
“Clients will have the flexibility to run these models in their preferred cloud environment-whether that’s public, private, or hybrid.,” he added.
Through this relationship, Wipro and IBM are supporting the IBM TechHub@Wiprosolution together, with the goal of integrating IBM’s Watsonx capabilities throughout Wipro’s product offerings.
