PANAJI: To enhance student learning, the government on Tuesday unveiled Parakh, a conversational AI Chatbot platform, under the newly created Vidya Samiksha Kendre.
The platform is anticipated to aid in monitoring the academic achievement of 2.7 lakh kids enrolled in 1,484 institutions in classes I through VIII.
It will keep track of what kids are learning and how much of it they are actually understanding. The report will be examined by education officials right away. According to chief minister Pramod Sawant, who established the Kendre after Goa students were seen to be falling behind in mathematics in the national achievement assessment, the first Vidya Samiksha Kendre began in Gujarat and the second would function in Goa.
He said that the chatbot will help with instant doubt clarification, tracking of students and schools, assessment of mathematics skills, knowledge, strengthening of language skills, enhancement of oral reading and fluency, and bridging learning gaps.
The State Council for Educational Research and Training will track, assess, and examine student and teacher education data.
