How are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science different? – Bommu Kutta, Singapore
The difference between AI and machine learning is that the goal of machine learning is self-programming and self-learning, which makes AI possible. Machine learning differs from data science because data scientists make the algorithms that make machine learning work.
How do voice-enabled digital assistants function? – Japani gudiya, Assam
When you ask Alexa or Siri for something, the device’s microphone records your request. This recording is sent to the cloud over the internet. So, your digital voice assistants won’t work if you don’t have internet service. A conversation recording is sent to Alexa Voice Services (AVS) if you talk to Alexa. This service in the cloud will look at the recording and figure out what you want. The system will then send a response to the device that is useful. Alexa can do more than 70,000 things, and telling you the weather forecast is just one of them.
Does NLP belong to machine learning? What is its purpose? – Simta Bala, Pune

What is sentiment analysis, and what is its purpose? – Thirumamagal, Srirangam
Sentiment analysis, also called “opinion mining,” is a natural language processing (NLP) method used to determine whether data is positive, negative, or neutral. Sentiment analysis is the study of subjective information in an expression, such as thoughts, feelings, or attitudes about a topic, person, or thing. Words can be either good or bad. Sometimes they can be neutral. “I like the new colour of your house!” is a good example.
What are underwater sensor networks? What are the sensors used? – Bhuvana, Secunderabad
Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) are made up of different parts, like vehicles and sensors, that are placed in a particular acoustic area to monitor and collect data. Additional nodes and stations on the ground can talk to each other through these networks.
It could carry several sensors to study and monitor the environment. Some of these are temperature sensors, oxygen and chemical sensors, systems for taking samples of water, and fluorometers.
