According to CNN, a new AI-powered chatbot by the name of ChatGPT is the reason behind the essays and lengthy responses to challenging questions.
According to OpenAI, the style “allows the tool to respond to follow-up queries, admit its errors, dispute false premises, and refuse inappropriate requests.”
For those trying to get an advantage, however, not everything is as easy as it seems.
ABI Research’s Lian Jye Su, a research director, notes that the chatbot lacks “contextual comprehension of the language” when it operates.
The study director continues, “It is relatively simple for the model to produce answers that are true or illogical but plausible-sounding. It made assumptions when it should have clarified and occasionally followed harmful instructions or acted in a prejudiced manner. Additionally, it lacks knowledge of particular regions and nations.
Although the application is now free, there is a limit on how many prompts a user can encounter before having to pay.
Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, co-founded OpenAI, the organisation that developed the bot.
