The debut of SAP’s new AI assistant, Joule, is one of the main attractions of the AI customer experience center. Joule, which debuted in September 2023, is intended to streamline the user interface for all SAP systems and their extensions. Through the integration of AI capabilities, Joule seeks to improve productivity and efficiency by optimizing processes, enhancing user interactions, and offering intelligent support to SAP users.
SAP Labs France Broadens AI Innovation Across the Globe
Although SAP Labs France in Sophia Antipolis, one of the biggest technological clusters in Europe, is presently home to the AI customer experience center, SAP is actively exploring the possibility of implementing this model in emerging countries, such as Africa. Although specific plans have not yet been determined, SAP Labs France’s sustainability officer and AI center lead, Dr. Jean-Christophe Pazzaglia, highlighted the possibility for growing the AI center’s reach.
A major achievement for SAP Labs France and the larger SAP ecosystem is the opening of the AI customer experience center. SAP also hopes to spur worldwide creativity and quicken the adoption of AI technologies by giving clients a dedicated area to investigate and feel the revolutionary potential of AI.
