Drone manufacturer Garuda Aerospace announced on Wednesday that it has secured the first order from ISRO for the supply of its state-of-the-art quadcopter drones.
With AI and ML capabilities, the quadcopter drones will greatly increase productivity throughout the space agency’s operations, which is based in Bengaluru.
According to a press statement from the city-based drone manufacturer, Garuda Aerospace, ISRO used its services to sanitize its premises using drones during the Covid-19 shutdown in 2021. “We are really proud to have received an order from the prestigious Indian Space Research Organization. It demonstrates our commitment and unwavering quest for excellence.”
CEO and founder of Garuda Aerospace, Agnishwar Jayaprakash, stated. “We are adamant that unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, will be crucial to the space industry. Our collaboration with ISRO not only bolsters our reputation but also firmly establishes us as leaders in the field,” Jayaprakash continued.
