On its website, the music streaming service Jio Saavn has announced the opening of a new customer care channel. The service, which the business claims is offered in seven languages, is designed to give platform users a method to receive assistance with any queries they might have regarding the website or the music.
According to a statement from the company, the new service will leverage machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist clients with their inquiries. Jio Haptik Technologies Limited will oversee it (Haptik).
According to Swapan Rajdev, co-founder and CTO of Haptik, “The Jio Saavn IVA, powered by Haptik, delivers consumers a consistent support and escalation experience that includes responding to frequently asked questions regarding the application and escalating complex inquiries to the support staff.”
The platform’s chatbot, according to the business, enables users to retrieve their account information, subscribe to the pro version, set up and troubleshoot JioTunes, look for deals and codes to sign up for pro accounts, and report app bugs, among many other functions. The company added that in the upcoming weeks, these capabilities would be expanded and new options would be made available.
Manohar Pai, CEO of Jio Saavn, said, “We believe that AI will play a significant role in helping customers access our services and stay connected.
